April showers bring May flowers no matter what form (rain, snow, sleet…) those showers come in! My favorite May flowers come from the Mural Garden on Main Street here in Webster.
A photography friend once told me that after you master light, you need to master finding amazing settings in your own backyard. Anyone who has spent time in the mural garden knows the flowers are beautiful, but finding the right angle to make those pictures look like they were taken in a field is sometimes a hard task to accomplish. Most of the time there are cars parked in the distance… not to mention the neighboring buildings. And I love the bank clock, just not in my mural garden pictures.
Sometimes all it takes is moving an inch.
That’s the same idea for everything in life: change your perspective just an inch and something beautiful appears!
